A Version of Jung’s Synchronicity in the Event of Correlation of Mental Processes in the Past and the Future: Possible Role of Quantum Entanglement in Quantum Vacuum

This paper deals with the version of Jung's synchronicity in which correlation between mental processes of two different persons takes place not just in the case when at a certain moment of time the subjects are located at a distance from each other, but also in the case when both persons are alternately (and sequentially, one after the other) located in the same point of space. In this case, a certain period of time lapses between manifestation of mental process in one person and manifestation of mental process in the other person. Transmission of information from one person to the other via classical communication channel is ruled out. The author proposes a hypothesis, whereby such manifestation of synchronicity may become possible thanks to existence of quantum entanglement between the past and the future within the light cone. This hypothesis is based on the latest perception of the nature of quantum vacuum
Acculturation goals and intercultural competence as predictors of successful socio-cultural adaptation

This presentation focuses on the connections between intercultural competence and specific attitudes toward acculturation of Minority in Germany to the host culture. We have sought to explain how the Intercultural Sensitivity determines acculturation expectations of the host society, hence the intercultural interaction between immigrant and members of the majority group. The success of the intercultural contact and the process of psychological adaptation of the minority though will depends largely on what is the assistance of the host society in the acculturation process. The relevant questions in this regard are: what is the notion of the dominating society on how the foreigners could be integrated (acculturation ideology) and to what extend the intercultural competence determines that the interaction with the minority group is viewed as valued and desired for the members of the majority group? Intercultural competence was examined with scales like Cultural Empathy, Openmindedness, Emotional Stability, Orientation to Action and Flexibility. The participants of the experiment were 306 representatives of the title nationality members of Germany and 64 Russian-speaking immigrant undergraduates and workers.
Carl G. Jung’s Synchronicity and Quantum Entanglement: Schrödinger’s Cat ‘Wanders’ Between Chromosomes

One of the most prospective directions of study of C.G. Jung’s synchronicity phenomenon is reviewed considering the latest achievements of modern science. The attention is focused mainly on the quantum entanglement and related phenomena – quantum coherence and quantum superposition. It is shown that the quantum non-locality capable of solving the Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen paradox represents one of the most adequate physical mechanisms in terms of conformity with the Jung’s synchronicity hypothesis. An attempt is made on psychophysiological substantiation of synchronicity within the context of molecular biology. An original concept is proposed, stating that biological molecules involved in cell division during mitosis and meiosis, particularly DNA may be considered material carriers of consciousness. This assumption may be formulated on the basis of phenomenology of Jung’s analytical psychology.

Estudio de política experimental de tecnologías preservadoras de salud: sobre el ejemplo de rehabilitación sistémica de jóvenes estudiantes

El objetivo de la investigación fue la aplicación de una política para la rehabilitación sistémica en un grupo de estudiantes (n=120) con trastorno de estrés postraumático (TEPT). Mediante estudio experimental, se utilizó un conjunto de herramientas de psicodiagnóstico confiable con formularios de prueba estándar y se realizó un análisis comparativo del grupo control con los grupos experimentales. Asimismo, se construyó un modelo estructural de clúster de los tipos de TEPT. Los resultados mostraron que los mecanismos de defensa psicológica como represión, regresión, sustitución, compensación y educación reactiva (р≤.05) tienen mayor actividad entre los estudiantes con TEPT (n=112). Se identificaron también los siguientes tipos de trastornos: asimilativos (n=38; 33.93%), acomodativos (n=48; 42.86%) y disarmónicos (n=26; 23.21%) y además se halló que los encuestados con alto grado de manifestaciones de TEPT tienen una tensión interna excesiva, disforia, explosividad y bajo nivel de integración. Finalmente, se comprobó que la rehabilitación sistémica es un componente importante del trabajo con el contingente afectado y que el uso de los resultados experimentales de nuestro estudio operacionaliza el proceso educativo con jóvenes que experimentaron trastorno de estrés postraumático.
Formation of Professional Readyness of the Future Healthcare Specialist

The article substantiates the content and develops a model of professional training of assistant dentist, as well as his educational and qualification characteristics and educational and professional program and, through experiment, introduced the training of such a specialist in seven higher medical schools in Ukraine. Theoretical concretization and experimental testing of organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional training of junior specialists of dental profile in the line of general requirements of the personal approach to the organization of process of professional training are carried out. Factor analysis of trends in the development of education and environmental systems and analysis of the experience of professional training of auxiliary specialists in the field of dentistry abroad revealed the conditionality and necessity of professional training in Ukraine for junior dentists. The organizational and pedagogical conditions that will ensure the effectiveness of professional training of a dental assistant in a higher medical educational institution, namely: the system of three-subject interaction of the educational institution, the student as a future specialist and potential employer and pedagogical opportunities for self-realization of the student as a subobject of his/her own professional training. Through the experiment, the effectiveness of the introduction of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the professional training of an assistant dentist was proved. During the study, the experimental group eventually rethought the “object” of its activities and crossed the previously opaque boundaries between medical care and student supervision for the benefit of all parties.
Greed as a property of personality: the age aspect

The study examined the various interpretations of the concept of “greed”, as well as the psychological approaches in which it was studied. The relevance of the study is due to the need for a detailed study of the age aspect of greed as a personality trait, as well as individual psychological characteristics affecting the formation of greed.
Higher legal education in Ukraine in the 21st century: current situation and development issues

Importance of the given topic is explained not only by international cooperation, globalization, informatization, changes of priorities in social, economic and educational policies, but also various transformations in higher legal education in the international context. The purpose of the given study is to examine the current condition of Ukrainian higher legal education and to analyze its statistical indicators, actual features and development issues. The following methods of scientific research were used in the present study: interpretative and comparative-historical analysis, methods of chronology, comparison, research and historical retrospection. As a result thereof, some peculiarities of Ukrainian higher legal education were determined. Firstly legal studies degree programs are offered by classic universities, legal higher education establishments and non-dedicated higher education establishments. Secondly there is an uneven regional distribution of higher education establishments and licensed number of future students in legal studies degree programs. Thirdly higher legal education has been commercialized. Moreover the legal studies degree programs are chosen most often by future students, although the majority of graduates is not employed in the obtained occupation. Furthermore the European and national approaches to the legal higher education are combined. Additionally learning standards in higher legal education are defined by state and self-governing professional establishments. Lastly, it can be concluded that not only a dynamic pattern analysis in higher legal education quality, but also anticipation and definition of development tendencies in higher legal education are affected by constant changes in the procedure of the unified proficiency admission test for the legal studies degree programs.

For the first time the service of the Sisters of Mercy was organized during the Crimean War by the Englishwoman Florence Nightingale. Florence, together with her assistants, went to the field hospitals, first in Turkey and then in the Crimea.
Influence of the educational factor on the level of intellectual abilities of police officers

The article is devoted to the analysis of the diagnostics of the educational factor influence on the level of intelligence and general intellectual abilities in police officers. In the article, it was also aimed to describe theoretical and practical studies on the diagnosing of the intelligence level and general intellectual capacities in police officers, and to assess the influence of educational factors on the level of intelligence. The instruments used in the study during the professional-psychological selection included the Brief Qualifying Selection Test, the Intelligence Structure Test developed by Rudolf Amthauer et al., and Raven’s Progressive Matrices. Based on the empirical data analysis, it was proved that the police officers’ educational level had a significant impact on their integral index value, level and structure of intelligence, and general intellectual abilities.

The problem of migration today had turned into an inalienable component of the modern life. By the beginning of the XXI-st century, according to the official statistical data of the International Labour Organisation, only the number of working emigrants in the world has reached from 36 to 42 millions (and with their family members, according to some statistical sources, their number is approximately 120 millions of people) [1]. Approximately 5 millions of the European Union citizens permanently live today on the territory of another EU country.

This article analyses the theoretical foundations of outsourcing and the focus of the outsourcing market in Ukraine. The criteria of assessment for the transfer of business functions to outsourcing are determined and EMEA evaluated according to these criteria. The aim of this work is to study the international outsourcing of services and the implementation of analysis of the characteristics of the process of selecting areas for the transfer of business functions to international outsourcing, and in this context to determine the prospects for Ukrainian companies in this market.
Perceived expressed emotion in the illness narratives of individuals with chronic gastrointestinal disorders

While expressed emotion has long been considered a valid predictor of a poor clinical outcome in individuals with mental and physical conditions, the present study marks the empirical investigation to assess specific communication patterns between family members and individuals with chronic gastrointestinal disorders. Following a rich tradition of studying illness narratives and a narrative approach to healing chronic illnesses, the present study examined illness narratives in a group of 40 mid-life adults with chronic gastrointestinal disorders. Two reliable, independent experts unfamiliar with the participants' research objectives and diagnostic status coded all narratives (ICC = .77). Self-narratives describing the illness and its impact on the family life were analyzed for a set of narrative elements, including agency, communion fulfilment, and narrative coherence. In addition, the study applies measures to assess expressed emotion, criticism towards family and perceived criticism towards individuals with a condition. The correlation analysis results indicate an association between agency and criticism (.33) and perceived criticism (.33). The main issue emerging from the multiple regression analysis findings is that agency of the narrative, criticism towards family and duration of disease taken together contribute to perceived criticism of the family towards the individual with a condition. However, a family’s criticism towards the individual with a condition is the only independent significant predictor of perceived criticism. One of the more significant findings from this study is that substantial autonomy from significant others and empowerment of individuals with a condition could worsen the family environment and have an unfavourable clinical outcome. More practical information on service users' autonomy and its impact on disease self-management would help us establish a greater accuracy.

Personality Factors of Choosing Adaptation Strategies in a Different Cultural Environment by Labor Migrants from Ukraine

The paper presents empirical research on personality factors of choosing adaptation strategies in a different cultural environment by labor migrants. The study determines three major adaptation strategies: integration, assimilation and marginalization. It establishes that integration and assimilation are means of solving the crisis of social identity. Personal identity acquires features of mature positive identity, when labor migrants integrate into a different cultural environment of a country of their employment. If a migrant chooses the strategy of assimilation, then personal identity has a tendency to approach to diffusive, “fuzzy” identity with indefinite life cycles, a decreased level of self-respect, a lack of internal integrity and uniformity. A marginal status of labor migrants in a country of employment causes an intensification of the crisis of personal identity, when migrants are not satisfied with the situation of employment abroad, but they do not see opportunities for self-realization in Ukraine. Factor analysis made it possible to establish an adaptation structure of labor migrants consisting of five major factors (72.43%).
The problems of cultural tolerance in the globalization context and emigration attitudes of the Ukranian youth

Due to globalization the issue of emigration is an integral component of modem life. Emigration is the main reason for the loss of homogeneity of the modem national state.. On one hand, a multicultural population has positive aspects, because it enriches the society, but on the other hand, emigration is frequently associated with the lack of order, poverty and criminality. As a result of cultural integration, the problems of cultural tolerance, inter-ethnic conflicts, and complex collective identities arise. Emigration has created the need for the peaceful coexistence of different cultures in one country and support for the equality of cultural values. Psychological factors also play an active part in the specific features of migration processes. Today in Ukraine different social strata and groups are involved in emigration. The demands of emigration are extreme for every participant, because it requires psychological readiness for a life under absolutely new conditions. This paper presents the results of an investigation into the motivational readiness to emigrate by Ukrainian youth, in particular high schools students. What are the main motives, which cause the youth to want to immigrate to another county, are presented. Age and gender difference in motivation are discussed.
Psychological health as the problem of public administration in the field of employment

The concept of psychological health of employers is presented as a deep psychological phenomenology of personality resources, due to subjective assessment of functional states and states of physical and mental health, specified by gender causality, and determined by constructive, destructive and deficient functioning of I. Gender identity has been linked to the parameters of physical functioning, the assessment of the impact of physical condition on role functioning, the intensity of pain, general functioning and social functioning of men. The condition of the general state of health and constructiveness of self-functions by the gender identity of women has been revealed. A three-factor model of conceptualization of the concept of psychological health of the individual is proposed, which determines the range of concepts "Constructive functioning", "Psychological well-being", "Attentionality". Models of deep-psychological determination of employers ’resourcefulness in the continuum of psychological health have been developed.
