Предметом исследования является выделение специфики системного подхода к культурно-историческим типам в теоретических построениях философа. Основная идея настоящей статьи состоит в том, что концепция немецкого философа может быть использована в качестве основы для аналитики социокультурных трансформаций в континууме европейской культуры.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis article is devoted to the analysis of O.Spengler's fundamental work "The Decline of the West». The object of the presentation is the appearance of the specifics of the systemic input to the cultural and historical types in the theoretical motivations of the philosopher. The basic idea the state of is that concept of base for the analysis of social and cultural transformations in the continuum of European culture. In the author's concept the decline of Europe will inevitably cause transformational processes in society and change of political system.The analysis of social transit becomes gradually one of the main objectives of political science.
