dc.description.abstractДипломна робота на здобуття ступеня вищої освіти «Магістр» спеціальності 011 Освітні, педагогічні науки спеціалізації Освітній менеджмент. – Одеський національний університет імені І.І. Мечникова. – Одеса, 2019. – Рукопис. У дипломній роботі здійснене комплексне дослідження організації виховної роботи у закладах довузівської військової підготвки в Україні. Систематизована і проаналізована нормативно-правова база щодо діяльності закладів довузівської військової підготовки в цілому і виховної роботи, зокрема. Визначені основні педагогічні завдання таких закладів і особливості організації виховного процесу в них. Проаналізовані нормативні документи з питань організації виховної роботи Військово-морського ліцею (м. Одеса). Проаналізовані результати експериментального дослідження рівня вихованості і ціннісних орієнтацій ліцеїстів. Представлені результати дослідження розуміння педагогічним персоналом ліцею вікових особливостей ліцеїстів. Запропоновані шляхи удосконалення організації виховної роботи у закладах довузівської військової підготовки.uk_UA

The system of educational work in institutions of pre-university military training in Ukraine. – Manuscript Thesis in candidacy for a Master's degree in higher education, major 011, educational, pedagogical sciences in Educational management. - Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. – Odessa 2019. A comprehensive study of the organization of educational work in institutions of pre-university military training in Ukraine is carried out in the thesis. The regulatory framework for the performance of institutions of pre-university military training in general and educational work in particular is sorted out and analyzed. The main pedagogical tasks of such institutions and the features of the educational process structure in them are determined. The regulatory documents on the organization of educational work of the Naval Lyceum are analyzed. (Odessa ). The results of an experimental study of the level of upbringing and value orientations of lyceum students are analyzed. The results of the study of the understanding of the age characteristics of the lyceum students by the teaching staff are presented. The ways to improve the structure of educational work in institutions of pre-university military training are proposed.
