Анотація
Relevance of the research topic. The changes that took place on the territories of the former Soviet Union at the turn of the 80s and 90s of the twentieth century caused the destruction of the previous system of world order and turned this space into a springboard for regional and international actors, where they saw a chance to divide the "rich heritage of the empire", turning Central Asia into an important geopolitical and geo–economic zone.
