Abstract
In recent years, digital technology has developed rapidly, and digitalization has become a necessary part of modern supply chain operations. The application of digitalization has changed the operation mode of all links of the supply chain, which accelerates the flow of information, improves operational efficiency, and makes supply chain operations more intelligent, reliable and efficient. The application of digital technology makes information more accurate and complete, making the supply chain more transparent. Through the use of big data analysis and artificial intelligence algorithms, suppliers and customers can have a clearer understanding of the real-time status of the supply chain, and make timely adjustments and decisions, reducing information asymmetry and blind spots in the supply chain.
