Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню
стратегії розвитку НАТО в умовах пошуку
адекватних відповідей на сучасні виклики
міжнародній та європейській безпеці. На
основі порівняльного аналізу Стратегічних
концепцій НАТО 1991, 1999, 2010 та
2022 років розглянуто еволюцію
пріоритетів та змісту політичних й
воєнних завдань Альянсу, а також визначено
особливості поточної Концепції в частині
оцінки сучасних викликів міжнародній
безпеці. У цьому контексті аналізовано
перспективи євроатлантичної інтеграції
України, з огляду на сучасні загрози
територіальної цілісності нашої держави
та необхідність усвідомлення основних
засад і принципів діяльності міжнародних
безпекових структур.
The article is devoted to the study of NATO's development strategy in terms of finding adequate answers to modern challenges to international and European security. On the basis of a comparative analysis of the NATO Strategic Concepts of 1991, 1999, 2010 and 2022, the evolution of the priorities and content of the political and military tasks of the Alliance is considered. The specifics of the new Concept regarding the assessment of modern challenges to international security are also defined. The main tasks for NATO today are collective defense, crisis management and cooperative security. The prospects of Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine are analyzed, taking into account modern threats to the territorial integrity of our state and the need to understand the basic principles and principles of international security structures. The common strategic interest of NATO and Ukraine today is to make efforts so that Russia does not benefit from its aggression. Today, there is an increase in the importance of Ukraine for NATO in view of the military experience gained by our country in the conditions of a hybrid war and a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation in February 2022. In addition, there is a need to develop a comprehensive mechanism for ensuring European and international security, taking into account the geopolitical component. Prospects for further research lie in the analysis of NATO's search for effective mechanisms to neutralize modern threats to international and European security, as well as ways to intensify Ukraine's cooperation with the Alliance in order to accelerate its acquisition of membership in this organization.
