Анотація
Представлены особенности оценки инвестиционных проектов для инноваций с учетом наступившей в 2000-е годы относительной стабильности.
In this paper on the basis of statistical analyzing the main economic financial and social macro indexes applied in Ukrania in the 90-ies a comparative studying of investment climate’s special features in terms of stationary and nun-stationary economies and, corresponding differences in criteria, algorithms and procedures of evaluating innovation projects’ efficiency. The expediency is shown of using in terms of Ukrania economy such evaluation instead of widely applied in-stationary economies NPV (Net Present Value) indexes - RNFV (Real Net Future Value) and RNPV (Real Net Present Value) indexes, that take into account real dynamics of re-investing and refinancing cash flows.
