However, their high cost keeps entrepreneurs from investing money. The state should help to solve this problem in order to support and develop domestic economic entities of various economic activities. Taking into account the existing researches on these issues, the purpose of the study is to substantiate the directions of state regulation and support of the leasing services market in Ukraine, the achievement of which necessitated the solution of such basic tasks. Therefore, SWOT-analysis of the leasing market of Ukraine was included in this work, which shows that the advantage of qualitative characteristics of internal strengths and opportunities over weaknesses and external threats makes it possible to predict the further growth of the domestic leasing market of services in the near future. This, in turn, has revealed the advantages and disadvantages, obstacles and measures to enhance leasing development in Ukraine and to determine the objective and subjective factors of the development of leasing relations in modern business. The conducted researches have allowed establishing potentially possible directions of state regulation and support of the market of leasing services in Ukraine.Документ Ensuring sustainable development of enterprises in the conditions of digital transformations(2021) Demianchuk, Maryna A.; Дем'янчук, Марина Афанасіївна; Демьянчук, Марина Афанасьевна; Koval, Viktor; Hordopolov, Volodymyr; Kozlovtseva, Valentyna; Atstaja, DzintraModern enterprises are dynamically developing due to the fourth industrial revolution, contributing to the introduction of innovative infocommunication technologies in most business processes, thereby shaping and developing the digital economy. The aim of the article is to substantiate the concept of sustainable development of enterprises in the context of digital transformations. The theoretical and methodological foundations of sustainable development at different levels of the hierarchy have been determined. The concept of sustainable development of enterprises has been developed, the implementation of which is aimed at harmonizing the economic, environmental and social activities of the enterprise. The stages of the process of implementing the concept of sustainable development of enterprises are highlighted, providing for the justification of an inert, neutral, progressive or forced vector. Ensuring the implementation of the concept of sustainable development is expected through the use of applied models, in particular, the implementation of a parametric model of joint deployment of enterprise infrastructure with other infrastructure facilities in economic activity, taking into account technical, geographical, organizational and socio-economic factors to strengthen financial stability; building a model for ensuring a balanced balance between economic efficiency and environmental and social responsibility of an enterprise using a mechanism for managing transformation processes in the process of transition to sustainable development in the context of digitalization.Документ Green Financial Instruments of Cleaner Production Technologies(2022) Koval, Viktor; Laktionova, Olga; Atstaja, Dzintra; Grasis, Janis; Lomachynska, Iryna A.; Shchur, Roman; Ломачинська, Ірина Анатоліївна; Ломачинская, Ирина АнатольевнаDespite the rather long period of solving environmental issues and research, the problems of attracting green financial instruments as sources of financing and stimulating the development and implementation of clean technologies have not been sufficiently studied. The aim of the study is to: conduct a theoretical analysis of the available data; identify trends and study green financial instruments and propose their classification; formulate hypotheses for the development of green financial instruments; and apply empirical methods of analysis to identify the dynamics of the development of environmental taxation in the EU budget. A theoretical analysis of available sources identified existing green financial instruments, which were classified as: (a) aimed at improving existing technologies for the production of goods and services through the development of greening and eco-modernization projects that contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; (b) aimed at the development and implementation of innovative projects that change the technology for the production of goods and services, completely eliminating the emission of greenhouse gases. The hypotheses put forward for the study of the management of green financial instruments through the use of financial management mechanisms are formulated through theoretical analysis based on the environmental taxation of production technologies.Документ Model Analysis of Eco-Innovation for National Decarbonisation Transition in Integrated European Energy System(2022) Koval, Viktor; Borodina, Oksana; Lomachynska, Iryna A.; Olczak, Piotr; Mumladze, Anzor O.; Matuszewska, Dominika; Ломачинська, Ірина Анатоліївна; Ломачинская, Ирина Анатольевна; Мумладзе, Анзор Олександрович; Мумладзе, Анзор AлександровичConsolidation with European social, economic and environmental programmes in the framework of Ukraine’s integration into the European energy space has become extremely important given the growing threats to energy security and should become the basis for greening regional and national innovation systems in the context of decarbonisation, the minimisation of carbon emissions and the transition to alternative energy sources. The comparison of the regions of the country by the level of enterprise innovation and the extrapolation of these results to the share of such enterprises in the total number of industrial entities in the regions helped identify their lack of correlation and emphasised the lack of stable dependence between industrial development and innovation activity. The methodology of the article includes a number of general scientific, special and interdisciplinary methods that allowed the screening of areas for the most favourable economic development, taking into account the synergistic component of regional development and achieving the research goal. The aim of this article is to analyse the innovative component of regional and national economic development for the implementation of decarbonisation and green energy transition in Ukraine, as well as substantiate the world’s leading imperatives and national directions for effective integration into relevant European programmes. An analysis of Ukraine’s rating status in several international indices of environmental efficiency and innovation activity in the regions showed the lack of correlation between regions of Ukraine, which actualises the search for the most effective drivers of economic development. At the same time, the consolidation of efforts of national stakeholders of innovative development in a country with relevant European institutions, particularly in the direction of greening regional economic systems, will ensure the development of innovative regions and industries, which will in turn be drivers of related territories and industries while ensuring a synergistic effect.Документ Modeling Sustainable Economic Development Using Production Functions(2021) Yankovyi, Oleksandr; Koval, Viktor; Lazorenko, Larysa; Poberezhets, Olha V.; Novikova, Marina; Gonchar, Viktoriya; Побережець, Ольга Валеріївна; Побережец, Ольга ВалерьевнаThe most popular two-factor production functions used in the process of modeling sustainable economic development are examined. Economic and mathematical characteristics of Cobb-Douglas production functions, CES-function, linear function, Leontief and Allen functions are considered, in particular, type of dependence of labour productivity in relation to capital-labour ratio of commodity production system within mentioned production functions. Their most important economic and mathematical characteristics are presented: factors average and marginal return, demand for production resources, factor substitution, factors marginal rate of technical substitution, output elasticity by factors, elasticity of factors technical substitution, optimal capital-labour ratio according to the criterion of maximum output. Comparative analysis is given to Cobb-Douglas and CES-functions, which are two production functions mostly required in practice.Документ State regulation of bankruptcy relations in the national economy(2019) Tamosiuniene, Rima; Demianchuk, Maryna A.; Koval, Viktor; Тамосюнієне, Ріма; Дем'янчук, Марина Афанасіївна; Коваль, Віктор; Демьянчук, Марина АфанасьевнаIntroduction The deepening crisis in numerous business entities of various sizes is due to macroeconomic and domestic political instability, complicated by the consumer credit crisis, as well as tax and administrative pressure. Therefore, the acute problem of bankruptcy of business entities of different sizes and the need to regulate this issue at the state level. Unprofitable business entities of various sizes cause negative consequences for the domestic economy. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the work is to study state regulation of relations in the field of bankruptcy in the economy of Ukraine. Results. The factors, internal and external, preceding the bankruptcy of economic entities. Thus, the external preconditions of bankruptcy are international, economic, political, demographic and others. Internal prerequisites include economic, technical, technological, social and others. The characteristic and gradation criteria of business entities in accordance with legislative acts of Ukraine are presented. It was revealed that the proportion of sales of micro-enterprises is unequal to their share in the total number of enterprises, indicating their negligible contribution to the development of the national economy. According to the results of empirical studies, it was found that during the analyzed period the share of unprofitable enterprises of different sizes is at least a 25%. Such a large number entails not only low financial stability, insolvency and efficiency of business entities themselves, but also inhibits the process of economic growth of the whole country. The application of the method of multivariate discriminant analysis will allow us to draw a conclusion about the financial condition with assigning it a class in accordance with the values of the integral indicator and taking into account the probability of non-fulfillment of obligations, that is, to identify the presence of an unprofitable enterprise and the likelihood of bankruptcy. Conclusions. So, an analysis of the criteria for graduation of business entities made it possible to establish the difference between the administrative and accounting interpretation of the criteria for the attitude of enterprises to various sizes. The dynamics of structural statistics indicators of domestic business entities were monitored, suggesting that individual entrepreneurs make an insignificant contribution to the development of the national economy. Since a quarter of business entities still remain unprofitable, it is necessary to take preventive measures to prevent the loss of solvency by enterprises, one of which is to identify the existence of an unprofitable enterprise and the likelihood of bankruptcy.
