Abstract
Various aspects of spoken speech are the focal point of experimental phonetic researches, aimed at understanding the essential processes determining the internal structure and dynamics of speech phenomena. The study of spoken speech is impossible without addressing the problems of distinguishing significant units in speech flux, this directly connected, with developing more accurate criteria of speech segmentation, which can find practical application in developing ASR and speech synthesis systems.
