Анотація
У роботі розглянута проблема розвитку емоційного інтелекту у майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти в процессі їх професійної підготовки. Проаналізовано ключові наукові підходи та встановлено сутність емоційного інтелекту, визначено, що емоційний інтелект викладача закладу вищої освіти є професійно значущою компетентністю, яка структурно складається із самоусвідомлення, саморегуляції, високого рівня емпатії та управління емоціями інших. Обґрунтовано та визначено комплекс педагогічних умов розвитку емоційного інтелекту майбутніх викладачів: інтеграція його розвитку у зміст фахової підготовки, використання інтерактивних методів навчання та організація рефлексивно-аналітичної діяльності. Розроблено критерії та показники, а також діагностичний інструментарій для оцінки рівня розвитку емоційного інтелекту. На основі визначених педагогічних умов та результатів діагностики рівня розвитку емоційного інтелекту майбутніх викладачів, була розроблена та пілотно впроваджена програма «Дидактика почуттів: інструменти емоційного впливу».
The study addresses the problem of emotional intelligence development in future higher education institution teachers during their professional training. Key scientific approaches were analyzed, and the essence of emotional intelligence was established. The emotional intelligence of an HEI teacher was defined as a professionally significant competence, structurally comprising self-awareness, self- regulation, a high level of empathy, and managing the emotions of others. A set of pedagogical conditions for the development of future teachers' emotional intelligence was substantiated and determined: integrating its development into the content of professional training, utilizing interactive teaching methods, and organizing reflective-analytical activities. Criteria, indicators, and diagnostic tools were developed to assess the level of emotional intelligence. Based on the identified pedagogical conditions and the results of the diagnostic assessment, the program "Didactics of Feelings: Tools for Emotional Influence" was developed and pilot-implemented.
