dc.description.abstractПроведено дослідження впливу вітамінів групи В та тіохрому на концентрацію глутатіону в тканинах щурів. В ході роботи було встановлено, що в тканинах серця та мозку під дією тіохрому спостерігалися порушення окисно-відновлювальної рівноваги, які характеризувалися змінами вмісту глутатіону (в більшості випадків – зменшенням концентрації глутатіону). В тканинах печінки та нирок, моноін`єкції тіохрому та суміш вітамінів з тіохромом, збільшували вміст глутатіону. Активність глутатіонпероксидази в тканинах печінки, нирок, максимально збільшувалась за дією моноін´єкції тіохрому. В тканинах серця активність ферменту максимально збільшувалась за дією комплексу вітамінів + тіохром. Роботу викладено на 61 сторінках, вона містить 4 рисунка. dc.description.abstractThe effect of B vitamins and thiochrome on the concentration of glutathione in the tissues of rats was studied. In the course of the work it was established that in the tissues of the heart and brain under the action of thiochrome there were disturbances of redox balance, which were characterized by changes in glutathione content (in most cases - a decrease in glutathione concentration). In the tissues of the liver and kidneys, monoinjections of thiochrome and a mixture of vitamins with thiochrome, increased the content of glutathione. The activity of glutathione peroxidase in the tissues of the liver and kidneys was maximally increased by the action of thiochrome monoinjection. In the tissues of the heart, the activity of the enzyme was maximized by the action of a complex of vitamins + thiochrome. The work is set out on 61 pages, it contains 4 figures. References are made to 58 sources of literature (8 in Cyrillic and 50 in Latin).
