Abstract
Стаття присвячена впровадженню нової моделі роботи з документами у відділі обробки. Зроблено порівняльний аналіз АБІС(Ірбіс,УФДБібліотека, Liber Media).Детально розглянуто шлях проходження документів у відділі із застосуванням програми
LiberMedia, конвертацію документів з АБІС “Ірбіс” в АБІС “LiberMedia”.
Статья посвящена внедрению новой модели работы с документами в отделе обработки. Произведен сравнительный анализ АБИС(Ирбис, УФД Библиотека, LiberMedia). Детально рассмотрен путь прохождения документов в отделе с применением программы LiberMedia, конвертация документов из АБИС “Ирбис” в АБИС “LiberMedia”.
The article is devoted to the introduction of a new model of processing of documents. The comparative analysis of ABIS(Irbis,UFD library, LiberMEdia) is undertaken.Passing of documents in the Processing department using the program LiberMedia as well as the process of conversion of documents from ABIS “Irbis” into ABIS “LiberMedia” is traced in details.
