dc.description.abstractСучасна журналістика переживає етап трансформації, все більше уваги приділяється не лише інформуванню, але й допомагає аудиторії у вирішенні реальних проблем. Одним із таких інноваційних підходів є журналістика рішень (англ. solution journalism), що зосереджується на висвітленні не тільки проблем, а й ефективних шляхів їх розв’язання. Аудіовізуальний формат як складова цього підходу має значний вплив на залученість аудиторії, зокрема завдяки можливостям візуалізації складної інформації та емоційного контакту. У цій статті ми дослідимо ефективність аудіовізуального підходу у журналістиці рішень на прикладі програми «Української служби інформації» (УСІ) «Що робити, якщо», зокрема випусків «Що робити, якщо ви стали учасником дорожньо-транспортної пригоди (ДТП)?» та « Що роботи, якщо вас затопили сусіди». uk
dc.description.abstractModern journalism is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by the evolving needs of audiences and the challenges of an increasingly complex world. In this new era, the role of journalism extends beyond simply reporting facts or delivering breaking news. It is becoming a platform for empowering individuals and communities by providing actionable insights and practical solutions to pressing issues. This shift is particularly evident in the rise of solution journalism, an innovative approach that not only uncovers problems but also emphasizes successful methods to address them. By focusing on what works and why, this form of journalism helps bridge the gap between information and action, fostering a sense of agency and hope among its audience. One of the most compelling tools in this transformation is the audiovisual format. As a dynamic and engaging medium, it goes beyond traditional text-based reporting to bring stories to life through visuals and sound. This capability is especially impactful when it comes to explaining complex topics or emotionally resonant issues. The ability to visualize data, demonstrate processes, and convey human experiences makes audiovisual storytelling a powerful way to connect with audiences on a deeper level. It not only enhances understanding but also fosters empathy, drawing viewers into the narrative and encouraging them to engage with the issues being presented. In this context, solution journalism paired with audiovisual storytelling has the potential to reshape how we perceive and respond to societal challenges. By blending informative content with compelling visuals, this approach makes it easier for audiences to comprehend and act on the information provided. Such synergy between form and function underscores the importance of innovative storytelling methods in modern media, paving the way for journalism to play a more active role in driving positive change. In this article, we will explore the effectiveness of the audiovisual approach in solution journalism through the example of the Ukrainian Information Service (UIS) program "What to Do If", specifically the episodes "What to Do If You Are Involved in a Road Traffic Accident?" and "What to Do If Your Neighbors Flooded You".en
