Анотація
Казанжи Ф. Ф. Формування лідерських якостей студентської молоді. – Кваліфікаційна наукова робота на правах рукопису. – Одеський національний університет імені І. І. Мечнікова, Одеса, 2019.
Магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-психологічному комплексу лідерських якостей студентів, емпіричній перевірці їх вираженості, обгрунтуванні та верифікації програми фромувальних впливів.
Аналіз наукової літератури показав відсутність єдиного погляду на розуміння феномену лідерства, його розмежування з поняттями лідера та керівника. Встановлено наявність різних підходів, концепцій лідерства, кожна з яких певним чином поюснює сутність, чинники та механізми функціонування лідерства. Виділяється ряд типів, видів та стилів лідерства.
Теоретико-методологічний аналіз дав змогу окреслити перелік лідерських якостей особистості, таких як: креативність, ініціативність, емпатія, моральність, комунікативність, сила волі, стресостійкість, саморегуляція, самодисципліна тощо. Встановлено, що формування лідерських якостей містить ряд етапів, а модель їх формування включає ряд блоків, які розрязняються як кількісно, так і за сутністю. Створено комплекс методик діагностики лідерських якостей, виявлено та описано взаємозв’язки між показниками властивостей, що вивчаються, що дозволило встановити загальну тенденцію у взаємозв'язку показників лідерства і показників самоактуалізації, термінальних цінностей, емпатії, цінностей, які знаходяться в прямій взаємозалежності одне від одного тощо. Показано специфічні якості груп осіб з високим та низьким рівнем лідерства.
Формувальна програма лідерських якостей містила блоки впливів, спрямованих на формування вираженості лідерства та якостей, йому притаманних (емоційна стабільність, емпатійність, самоактуалізація тощо). Апробація даної програми показала її ефективність.

The master's thesis is devoted to the research of the theoretical and psychological complex of students' leadership qualities, empirical verification of their expression, substantiation and verification of the program of influential influences. The analysis of the scientific literature revealed the lack of a unified view on understanding the phenomenon of leadership, its separation with the concepts of leader and manager. The existence of different approaches, concepts of leadership are established, each of which in a certain way explains the essence, factors and mechanisms of the leaderships functioning. There are some forms, types and styles of leadership. Theoretical and methodological analysis made it possible to outline the list of leadership qualities of a person, such as: creativity, initiative, empathy, morality, communicativeness, willpower, stress resistance, self-regulation, self-discipline. It is established that the forming of leadership qualities contains a number of stages, and the model of their formation includes a number of blocks, which differ both quantitatively and in essence. The complex of methods of diagnostics of leadership qualities was created, the relationships between the indices of the studied properties were revealed and described, which allowed to establish the general tendency in the correlation of the indicators of leadership and indicators of self-actualization, terminal values, empathy, values, direct interdependence from each other etc. The specific qualities of groups of high and low levels of leadership are shown. Formative leadership program contained blocks of influences that are aimed at forming the expression of leadership and qualities that are inherent in it (emotional stability, empathy, self-actualization, etc.). Testing of this program showed its effectiveness.
