dc.description.abstractSince the concept of "innovation" was first put forward in 1912, the exploration and research on innovation in various fields have never stopped. In today's world, with the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerating process of globalisation, scientific and technological innovation is increasingly becoming the driving force of economic and social development. The ability to innovate has also been hailed as a core element of national competitiveness." Autonomous Innovation, Leading Methods" has always been highly valued by innovation powers such as the United States, Japan, Russia, etc. They take the research and application of innovation methods as an important support to enhance the capability of autonomous innovation. since 2007, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) together with the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Education (MOE), the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and other departments have been vigorously promoting the development of innovation methods, and in March 2007, they set up the China Society for Innovation Methods Research (CSPIMR). Subsequently, a series of corresponding encouragement policies and support measures have been issued, such as the Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Innovation Methods issued jointly in 2008, which put forward a series of measures to promote the promotion and application of innovation methods.
