dc.description.abstractЗаконодательство Украины за период ее независимости претерпело много изменений, в том числе в части урегулирования отношений по устройству детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей. В настоящее время законодательно закреплены формы устройства детей этих категорий, некоторые из которых сложились исторически и известны украинскому обществу давно, другие являются новыми. В статье изложены результаты исследования развития законодательства по устройству детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, анализ статистических данных устройства детей указанных категорий, определены недостатки законодательства об устройстве детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, и намечены пути его совершенствования.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe legislation of Ukraine over the period of its independence has undergone many changes, including in the part of regulating relations regarding the placement of orphans and children left without parental care. Currently, the forms of placement of children in these categories are legally fixed, some of which have developed historically and are known Ukrainian society has long been, others are new. The article presents the results of a study of the development of legislation on the device of orphans and children left without parental care, an analysis of the statistical data of the device children of these categories, the shortcomings of the legislation on the device of orphans and children remaining without parental care, and outlined ways to improve it.
