dc.description.abstractУ статті представлена позиція щодо стратегічної ролі управлінських інновацій в контексті формування методології їх інтегральної якості. Визначаються особливості розвитку професійної системи менеджменту та її основного ресурсу інноваційних змін – управлінських інновацій. Приведена класифікація систем управління, де менеджмент визначається як управління 3-го роду, яке направлено на розвиток саме людської цивілізації. Формується доказова база для класифікації управлінських інновацій менеджерського спрямування. Пропонуються формат управлінських інновацій стосовно базовий концептів професійної системи менеджменту. Головна увага приділяється управлінським інноваціям в систему функцій, методів, структури та сполучних процесів менеджменту. Акцентується увага на науковому підґрунті управлінських інновацій, їх сильної залежності від якості розвитку науки менеджменту з певною науково-дослідною, аналітичною і практичною базою знань. При усій можливості комплексного погляду на формування і розвиток системи менеджменту, звертається увага на необхідність точного визначення об’єкту наукових досліджень менеджменту. Характерною особливістю сучасного розвитку управлінських інновацій стає процес визначення їх нового наукового і практичного статусу. Пропонується створити умови для досягнення управлінськими інноваціями більш пріоритетного статусу у порівнянні з технологічними інноваціями. Визначається, що без нового статусу управлінських інновацій стає проблематичним процес їх стратегічної ролі в розвитку сучасного інноваційного суспільства. Звертається увага на необхідність подальшого розвитку процесу взаємодії з машинами з операційною системою штучного інтелекту епохи технологічної сингулярності. Доводиться об’єктивна важливість створення потужної релевантної інформаційної та інтелектуальної бази знань для розвитку професійної системи менеджменту та управлінських інновацій. Пропонується 5-факторна модель визначення стратегічної ролі управлінських інновацій в контексті її формування методології інтегральної якості. Розглядається процес створення інтегральної якості управлінських інновацій на основі розробки механізму адаптованої взаємодії їх ефективності і результативності. uk
dc.description.abstractThe article presents a position on the strategic role of management innovations in the context of forming a methodology of their integral quality. The features of the development of the professional management system and its main resource of innovative changes are determined - these are management innovations. A classification of management systems is given, where management is defined as management of the 3rd kind, which is aimed at the development of human civilization. An evidentiary base is formed for the classification of management innovations of a managerial direction. The format of management innovations is proposed in relation to the basic concepts of the professional management system. The main attention is paid to management innovations in the system of functions, methods, structure and connecting processes of management. Attention is focused on the scientific basis of management innovations, their strong dependence on the quality of development of management science with a certain scientific research, analytical and practical knowledge base. With all the possibilities of a comprehensive view of the formation and development of the management system, attention is drawn to the need to accurately define the object of scientific research in management. A characteristic feature of the modern development of management innovations is the process of determining their new scientific and practical status. It is proposed to create conditions for management innovations to achieve a more priority status in comparison with technological innovations. It is determined that without a new status of management innovations, the process of their strategic role in the development of a modern innovative society becomes problematic. Attention is drawn to the need for further development of the process of interaction with machines with an artificial intelligence operating system of the era of technological singularity. The objective importance of creating a powerful relevant information and intellectual knowledge base for the development of a professional management system and management innovations is proved. A 5-factor model for determining the strategic role of management innovations in the context of its formation methodology of its integral quality is proposed. The process of creating an integral quality of managerial innovations based on the development of a mechanism for adapted interaction of their efficiency and effectiveness is considered.en
