Анотація
У магістерській дипломній роботі розглянуто проблеми підготовки майбутніх фахівців сфери туризму у закладі вищої освіти.
Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що: уточнено поняття «компетентність», «професійна компетентність», «структура професійної компетентності», визначено види професійної компетентності актуальні для сучасної системи вищої освіти, визначено професійні компетентності необхідні для реалізації функції фахівця туризму, визначено структуру готовності до професійної діяльності з відповідними компонентами, критеріями та показниками.
Практичне значення дослідження полягає у розробці методів діагностики, готовності майбутніх фахівців сфери туризму до професійної діяльності та розробці програми покращення підготовки майбутніх фахівців сфери туризму до професійної діяльності. Розроблена програма забезпечує поглиблене вивчення з курсу «Туризм в ЗВО та методики її викладання» та розширеного практичного знайомства з особливостями професійної діяльності.
На основі методологічних підходів і принципів розроблені методичні рекомендації щодо формування професійної компетентності у підготовці майбутніх фахівців сфери туризму.
The scientific novelty of the study is that: the concepts of "competence", "professional competence", "structure of professional competence" are clarified, the types of professional competence relevant to the modern system of higher education are determined, the professional competencies necessary for the implementation of the function of a tourism specialist are determined, the structure of readiness for professional activity with the relevant components, criteria and indicators is determined. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of diagnostic methods, the readiness of future tourism professionals for professional activities and the development of a program to improve the training of future tourism professionals for professional activities. The developed program provides an in-depth study of the course "Tourism in higher education institutions and methods of its teaching" and extended practical acquaintance with the peculiarities of professional activity. Based on methodological approaches and principles, guidelines for the formation of professional competence in the training of future tourism professionals have been developed.
