dc.description.abstractДосліджено передумови створення міжкультурної команди на сучасних підприємствах та оцінено їх актуальність з точки зору глобалізаційних викликів. Проаналізовано історичні аспекти розвитку міжкультурних команд, починаючи з другої половини ХХ століття до сьогодні, з акцентом на їх важливість у глобалізованому світі. Визначено поняття міжкультурної команди з врахуванням її особливостей. Наведено класифікацію міжкультурних команд відповідно до її культурного складу. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні глобальні виклики у вигляді цифровізації, воєнної агресії в Україні, пандемії Covid-19, посилення процесів міграції населення, недостатності кваліфікованих кадрів у багатьох сферах змусили підприємства адаптуватися до змін у зовнішньому середовищі, що вимагало впровадження нових підходів у виробництві та управлінні. Визначено, що формування міжкультурних команд стало реакцією на глобальні виклики та забезпечило підприємствам підтримання власної конкурентоспроможності. Встановлено, що людський капітал, включаючи знання та навички, є критично важливим для успіху міжкультурних команд, оскільки він забезпечує кращий обмін інформацією та можливість інноваційного розвитку. У статті підкреслено значення інклюзивності та культурної чутливості, які сприяють формуванню продуктивного середовища, що в результаті допомагає підприємствам адаптуватися до змін і забезпечує конкурентні переваги на міжнародному ринку. uk
dc.description.abstractThe study investigates the conditions for the formation of intercultural teams in modern enterprises and assesses their relevance in the context of globalization challenges. Historical aspects of the development of intercultural teams are analyzed, starting from the second half of the 20th century to the present, emphasizing their importance in a globalized world. The concept of an intercultural team is defined with consideration of its characteristics. A classification of intercultural teams based on their cultural composition is presented. It is substantiated that contemporary global challenges, such as digitalization, military aggression in Ukraine, the Covid-19 pandemic, increasing migration processes, and the shortage of qualified personnel in many sectors, have compelled enterprises to adapt to changes in the external environment, requiring the implementation of new approaches in production and management. It is determined that the formation of intercultural teams has become a response to global challenges and has enabled enterprises to maintain their competitiveness. It is established that human capital, including knowledge and skills, is critically important for the success of intercultural teams, as it facilitates better information exchange and the potential for innovative development. The article emphasizes the significance of inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, which contribute to creating a productive environment, ultimately helping enterprises adapt to changes and ensuring competitive advantages in the international market.en
