Анотація
Стаття присвячена аналізу сутності та теоретичних засад поняття «мотивація» як важливої складової структури професійно важливих якостей майбутніх фахівців. У результаті емпіричного дослідження, проведеного на основі використання методики А. П. Москаленко «Вивчення професійної мотивації кандидатів на службу в органи внутрішніх справ», було проаналізовано динаміку мотивації майбутніх фахівців на прикладі курсантів органів внутрішніх справ України.
Статья посвящена анализу сущности и теоретических основ понятия «мотивация» как важной составляющей структуры профессионально важных качеств будущих специалистов. В результате эмпирического исследования, проведенного на основе использования методики А. П. Москаленко «Изучение профессиональной мотивации кандидатов на службу в органы внутренних дел», была проанализирована динамика мотивации будущих специалистов на примере курсантов органов внутренних дел Украины.
This article analyzes the nature and theoretical foundations of the concept of «motivation» as an important component of the structure of professionally important qualities of future specialists. The aim of the article is the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific and journalistic sources, in which attention is paid to the motivation is a major aspect of the system of professionally important qualities and of the forma¬tion of professionalization of future specialists. As a result of the research that was conducted on the basis of theoretical under¬standing of a number of scientific works, the author provides a definition of «professionally important qualities of a future specialist», defines the structure of profession¬ally important qualities of a future specialist, and on the basis of empirical research shows that motivation is a major aspect of the system of professionally important qualities and of the formation of professionalization of future specialists. As a result of empirical research that was conducted through the use of psychological procedure of A. P. Moskalenko «The study of professional motivation of candidates for service in the internal affairs» the dynamics of future specialists’ motivation at the example of cadets of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
