Анотація
Розглянуто чутливість штамів Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 та Δ wspF1 у складі планктону та біоплівки до дії геміну та протопорфірину IX. Концентрації сполук становили 1,0; 5,0; 10,0; 20,0 та 50,0 мкМ. Гемін і протопорфірин IX проявляли інгібуючий ефект при низьких концентраціях і стимулюючий ефект при більш високих концентраціях
In this work, the sensitivity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1 and Δ wspF1 plankton and biofilm cells to hemin and protoporphyrin IX is detected. The concentrations of the compounds were 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50 µM. Hemin and protoporphyrin IX are characterized by inhibition effects at low concentrations and stimulation at higher concentrations
