dc.description.abstractСтаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми порушення прав жінок на свободу віросповідання в сучасному світі, а саме жінок, які сповідують іслам та мають особливі елементи одягу, через які виникають спірні та конфліктні ситуації в різних країнах світу. У Європі більшість держав мають на меті заборонити носіння нікябів, паранджі та хіджабів, пояснюючи це необхідністю забезпечення національної безпеки; у той же час, у деяких країнах Близького Сходу відбувається протилежна ситуація і за не носіння спеціального одягу жінок карають навіть смертю. В даній статті розглянуто дві крайності, дві протилежні ситуації, однак вони в повній мірі демонструють порушення прав на свободу віросповідання та в цілому прав людини. Крім того, в статті міститься аналіз сучасних механізмів захисту права на свободу віросповідання, що діють як на національному, так і на міжнародному рівнях. uk
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the study of the problem of violation of women's rights to freedom of religion and the right of free choice in the modern world, namely women who profess Islam and have the necessity to wear special elements of clothing, such as hijabs, niqabs, burqa and abaya which cause controversial and conflict situations anddiscussions in different countries of the world. In Europe, for example, most states aim to ban the wearing of niqabs, burqas and hijabs, explaining this by the need to ensure national security; the violation of the rights and freedoms of women who are representatives of the Islamic religion, is a huge problem, which is being faced by Muslim women. More often in a number of European countries such as France, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands and many others, certain laws were adopted, which stated the prohibition of wearing such elements of Muslim clothing as the burqa and niqab in public places. This a direct violation of the right to freedom of religion and their choice of both their religion and the implementation of the basic rules that were written in the Qur'an, the holy book for every Muslim. At the same time, in some countries of the Middle East, the opposite situation occurs and for not wearing special clothes, women are punished, even with death. One of the biggest violations of rights and freedoms is that the Taliban regime in Afghanistan has banned women from higher education. There, women are forbidden to attend public and private universities. The next country that has faced the problem of violation of women's rights and freedoms is Iran. Despite significant progress, Iran is still a country where traditions hold back women on the path to freedom. Things that are typical of the West and the women living there are unthinkable and incredible luxury for the vast majority of the Middle East. There are also plenty of known and unknown or unidentified acts of murder the women, who hadn’t wear the hijab. This article considers two extremes, two opposite situations, but they fully demonstrate the violation of the rights to freedom of religion and human rights in general. In addition, the article contains an analysis of modern mechanisms for protecting the right to freedom of religion, operating both at the national and international levels.en
