І. Мечникова та у лабораторії Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Котекна Україна Лімітед»...
The work was dedicated to the study of relations between rhizosphere microbiota various members, including representatives belonging to the genera: Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Fusarium and carried out in the Biotechnology Research and Training Center I. I. Mechnikov National University and in laboratory of Limited company «Cotecna Ukraine Limited». During compatible cultivation of the P. fluorescens ONU 303 and P. chlororaphis ONU 305 with studied bacilli strains showed a mutual antagonism, while P. fluorescens ATCC 13325 and P. chlororaphis ONU 304 with the Bacillus bacteria found neutralism. Fungi and pseudomonads іnhibition was observed in the case of the common cultivation of P. fluorescens ONU 305 with all strains of fungi, P fluorescens ONU 303 with Fusarium graminearum BNNC 3 or F. verticillioides BNNC5. Exometabolites of P. chlororaphis ONU 305 and P. fluorescens ONU 303 affect on the antagonistic activity expression against bacilli and fungi cultures. The main results were presented at student and international conferences, reports were published 10 abstracts in the appropriate Proceedings.
