Анотація
In today's global corporate landscape, the capacity to adeptly manage multicultural teams has emerged as a crucial factor for organizational success and competitiveness. The rising globalization of company activities, together with the expanding variety of labor demographics, has underscored the necessity for advanced intercultural management strategies. This is especially pertinent for Chinese enterprises that are aggressively broadening their international footprint and endeavoring to incorporate varied cultural viewpoints into their organizational structure. The importance of multicultural team management has been heightened by several critical variables: the swift progression of globalization resulting in teams composed of individuals from many cultural backgrounds, the competitive advantage gained from effective cultural integration as firms utilize varied perspectives to improve creativity and problem-solving abilities, and the potential challenges arising from cultural differences that may result in diminished productivity if inadequately addressed.
