dc.description.abstractОбъектом статьи являются исторические и мемуарные очерки выдающегося общественного деятеля Одессы, летописца ее культуры А. М. Дерибаса. В центре внимания – произведения, в которых идет речь о традициях в приготовлении еды и любимых блюдах одесситов: их тематика, герои, жанровое своеобразие, особенности повествования и формы выражения в них авторского «я». Они близки сегодняшнему читателю своей ностальгической ноткой, открытостью автора к диалогу, их зачастую юмористическим тоном, а также тем, что дают нам картину жизни нашего города, во многом уже удивительную для нас.uk
dc.description.abstractМета статті – прочитати історичні та мемуарні нариси провідного громадського діяча Одеси, літописця її культури A.M. Дерібаса крізь призму зору сучасного мешканця нашого міста. У центрі уваги – твори, у яких йдеться про традиції приготування їжі та улюблені страви одеситів: їх тематика, герої, жанрова своєрідність, особливості оповідання та форми вираження в них авторського «я». Вони близькі сьогоденному читачеві своєю ностальгічною ноткою, відвертістю автора до діалогу, їх часто гумористичним тоном, а також тим, що вони дають нам картину життя нашого міста, багато в чому вже дивовижну для нас.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the paper – to read historical and memorial sketches by A.M. Deribas, a prominent public character of Odessa and a chronicler of its culture through the prism of perception of the modern citizen of our city. The gastronomic theme in his sketches is presented in context of the history of formation of Deribas’ books. So another important task of the author of the article is to identify their genre variety, correlation of facts and author’s conjecture in them, conditionality of features of his essays, expression of Deribas’ personality in them, his individual authorial manner, level of documentation and artistic merits of the essays. Here, it has been identified connection of the essays in Deribas’ books with an anecdote, live story, portrait. Deribas’ essays have been studied from the narratologic point of view. Attention is drown to combination of monological word and dialog in them, correlation of objectivity in them. This article is about Deribas’ skill to create characters, accuracy, laconism and expressiveness of the language of his essays. The author of the book places in the limelight works describing the Odessians' cooking traditions and favourite dishes: its topics, characters, genre singularity, peculiarities of narration and forms of expression of the author's self. They are dear to today's readers, because they have a nostalgic flair and demonstrate the author's openness to dialogue, are often humoristic and give us a picture of our city's life that is already surprising for us in many little touches.
