Анотація
Стаття розглядає проблему російської дезінформації та пропаганди під час війни в Україні. Автори досліджують основні наративи та методи протидії цим явищам до та після початку повномасштабного вторгнення.
The focus of this article is on Russian disinformation and propaganda during the ongoing war in Ukraine. The authors explore the main narratives and methods of countering these phenomena before and after the start of a full–scale invasion. Since the beginning of the full–scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the relevance of ensuring information security has become one of the priorities for Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. In the context of this threat, Ukrainian and European experts are actively cooperating on the development of methods of combating and countering Russian propaganda. Russian propaganda is a serious threat affecting public opinion, political processes and stability in the region. The aim of the study is to analyze the main narratives and methods of countering Russian disinformation in Ukraine before and after the start of a full–scale invasion. This study is aimed at understanding and effectively combating manipulative and disinformation efforts originating from the Russian Federation and is of practical importance for ensuring information security not only in Ukraine but throughout the European region.
