dc.description.abstractПроведені мікробіологічні дослідження дали змогу встановити мікробний пейзаж нальоту зубів без ознак і з ознаками ураження у обстежених дітей. Всього було виділено 588 штамів мікроорганізмів, 83,5% із нальоту зубів з ознаками ураження. Вивчені біологічні властивості і проведена ідентифікація дозволили віднести виділені мікроорганізми до таких видів: Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis, S. hominis, Streptococcus mutans, S. sanguis, S. salivarius, S. mitis, Veillonella spp., Corynebacterium spp., Escherihia coli, Enterobacter spp., Candida albicans.
dc.description.abstractThe conducted microbiological studies made it possible to establish the microbial landscape of dental plaque without signs and with signs of damage in the examined children. A total of 588 strains of microorganisms were isolated, 83,5% from dental plaque of affected teeth. The studied biological properties and carried out identification made it possible to attribute the isolated microorganisms to the following species: Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis, S. hominis, Streptococcus mutans, S. sanguis, S. salivarius, S. mitis, Veillonella spp., Corynebacterium spp., Escherihia coli, Enterobacter spp., Candida albicans.
