Анотація
With the increasing momentum of globalization and the deepening integration of world economies, multinational enterprises (MNEs) have assumed a pivotal role in shaping international economic activities. The rapid advancement in communication technologies, trade liberalization, and global supply chains has allowed companies to transcend national boundaries and expand into new markets. This transformation is particularly visible in China, where the government has not only placed great emphasis on attracting Chinese direct investment (FDI) but has also actively encouraged domestic enterprises to extend their footprint into the global marketplace[5]. The dual forces of domestic competition and the increasing demand for innovation have accelerated the need for Chinese enterprises to venture beyond national borders, seeking growth and opportunities in overseas markets[9]. In this context, Huawei, a Chinese telecommunications giant, stands as a prime example of successful international expansion. Founded in 1987, the company has risen to become the world’s leading provider of telecommunications equipment, with over 60% of its revenue generated from international markets.
