dc.description.abstractПроведено дослідження вмісту тіохрому в різних тканинах щурів за дією метаболітів тіаміну. Отримані дані свідчить про те, що тіохром практично не взаємодіє з іншими метаболітами тіаміну в тканинах білих щурів. В печінці введення тіаміну і тіаміндисульфіду призводило до короткострокового підвищення рівня тіохрому за рахунок перетворення цих сполук у тіохром. В головному мозку кожен досліджений метаболіт тіаміну, крім самого тіаміну, через 30 хвилин не впливав на рівень тіохрому. В крові, як і в печінці, тільки тіамін і тіаміндисульфід в короткі строки підвищували рівень тіохрому за рахунок перетворення цих сполук у тіохром. Роботу викладено на 45 сторінках, вона містить 3 таблиці та 1рисунок. Наведено посилання на 53 джерело літератури (47 кирилицею та 6 латиницею).uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe content of thiochromium in various tissues of rats was studied by the action of thiamine metabolites. The data obtained indicate that thiochrome practically does not interact with other thiamine metabolites in the tissues of white rats. In the liver, the introduction of thiamine and thiamindisulfide led to a short-term increase in the level of thiochrome by converting these compounds to thiochrome. In the brain, every metabolite of thiamine except thiamine itself did not affect the level of thiochrome after 30 minutes. In the blood, as in the liver, only thiamine and thiamine disulfide in the short term increased the level of thiochrome by converting these compounds to thiochrome. The work contained 45 pages, it contains 3 tables and 1 figures. The link 53 literature sources (47 Cyrillic and 6 Latin).
