Анотація
Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню проблеми формування soft skills та виявленню психолого-педагогічних умов формування soft skills у майбутніх викладачів закладів вищої освіти (ЗВО) у процесі професійної підготовки. У роботі було розроблено модель soft skills сучасного викладача ЗВО, що охоплює комунікативну, емоційну, акмеологічну, прогностичну, інноваційну, часову та медіакомпетентність. Було обґрунтовано психолого- педагогічні умови формування soft skills у майбутніх викладачів ЗВО та створено методичні рекомендації щодо їх реалізації. Були розроблені заходи, спрямовані на формування soft skills майбутніх викладачів ЗВО.
The master’s thesis is devoted to the investigation of the problem of soft skills formation and identifying the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of soft skills of future teachers of Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the process of professional training. The study proposes a model of soft skills of a modern teacher of HEI, which encompasses communicative, emotional, acmeological, prognostic, innovative, time-management and media competence. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of soft skills of future teachers of HEI have been substantiated, and methodological recommendations for their implementation have been developed. A set of activities aimed at developing soft skills of future teachers of HEI has been created.
