dc.description.abstractThe Baltic States are currently facing serious economic challenges. Russia’s war against Ukraine has disrupted the supply of goods and services and caused inflation to rise sharply. Although inflation rates have already decreased, production costs remain higher than the eurozone average, which negatively affects the competitiveness of the economy. The small open economies of these countries are heavily dependent on exports. At the same time, the ability of different regions to adapt to common economic shocks differs significantly.en
