dc.description.abstractТриваюча у різних формах починаючі з 2014 року війна в Україні та повномасштабне вторгнення росії 24 лютого 2022 року стало «чорним лебедем» для української економіки і суспільства. Однією з перших і найбільш вразливих галузей, що опинилися під ударом стала логістика. Блокада чорноморських портів, які забезпечували левову частку українського експорту, руйнування мостів, доріг, складських комплексів, паливна криза 2022 року – ці фактори поставили під загрозу не лише економічну діяльність, але й гуманітарну безпеку та обороноздатність держави. У статті авторами розглядаються нові реалії інвестицій та інновації перестали бути питанням довгострокового розвитку чи отримання конкурентних переваг. Вони стали життєвою необхідністю, інструментом виживання бізнесу і забезпечення функціонування держави. Швидкість адаптації, гнучкість та здатність впроваджувати нетрадиційні рішення стали визначальними факторами успіху. uk
dc.description.abstractThe ongoing war in Ukraine, which began in various forms in 2014 and the full-scale Russian invasion on February 24, 2022, became a “black swan” for the Ukrainian economy and society. One of the first and most vulnerable sectors to be hit was logistics. The blockade of the Black Sea ports, which provided the lion's share of Ukrainian exports, the destruction of bridges, roads, and warehouse complexes, the fuel crisis of 2022 – these factors threatened not only economic activity, but also the humanitarian security and defense capability of the state. In the article, the authors examine the new realities of investment and innovation, which have ceased to be a matter of long-term development or gaining competitive advantages. Logistics, which is rightly called the “blood system” of the economy, found itself in a situation where traditional routes were destroyed and supply chains were disrupted. In an instant, an industry that had been developing for years on the principles of “just-in-time” and cost optimization was forced to switch to wartime rails. They became a vital necessity, a tool for business survival and ensuring the functioning of the state. Paradoxically, these existential challenges became not only a brake, but also a powerful catalyst for unprecedented transformation. The war did not stop the development of logistics, it radically changed its vector. Ukrainian companies were forced to switch from the “cost optimization” model to the “resilience and survival” model. The full-scale war became a destructive, but at the same time a powerful transforming factor for Ukrainian logistics. It forcibly transferred the industry from the “cost savings” model to the "resilience management" model. The investments made in 2022–2025 in the Danube Cluster, digitalization, automation and energy independence are not temporary solutions. They form a new, much more flexible, technological and integrated into the European space logistics system. It is this system that will become one of the key drivers of post-war recovery and economic growth of Ukraine. The speed of adaptation, flexibility and the ability to implement unconventional solutions have become the determining factors of success.en
