The reserch of the features of the blood biochemical parameters in patients with diabetes mellitus, and individuals suffering from hepatitis combined with Type I Diabetes. Biochemical blood tests in patients with diabetes mellitus and in patients with hepatitis B virus in combination with Type I Diabetes patients revealed carbohydrate metabolism - hyperglycemia. Found that in patients with hepatitis B virus in combination with Type I Diabetes blood glucose was higher compared with a group of patients with diabetes mellitus, and total bilirubin content was higher relative to the group of patients with viral hepatitis. Viral hepatitis in patients with diabetes mellitus observed changes of the liver disease and more severe due to complications caused by diabetes.
