Анотація
In dem Artikel wird das Konzept der interkulturellen Kompetenz als die Fähigkeit betrachtet, die eigene Kultur kritisch zu reflektieren sowie kulturelle Vielfalt anzuerkennen und wertzuschätzen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem dynamischen, prozessualen Charakter der interkulturellen Interaktion, die sich durch soziale Praxis und Kommunikation herausbildet. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt der Rolle der modernen Lehrkraft bei der Entwicklung kultureller Sensibilität und der Modellierung interkulturellen Verhaltens der Studierenden. Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass Globalisierung und technologischer Fortschritt die weltweite Vernetzung der Menschen erheblich verstärkt und die grenzüberschreitende Kommunikation erleichtert haben. Dies hat zu einer deutlichen Zunahme interkultureller Kontakte zwischen Sprechern verschiedener Sprachen geführt, was den Austausch von Ideen und die Verbreitung kultureller Elemente über nationale Grenzen hinaus fördert. Gleichzeitig kann Kommunikation durch unterschiedliche Weltwahrnehmungen, Sprachbarrieren und kulturelle Unterschiede erschwert werden. In diesem Kontext wächst der Bedarf an einem Fremdsprachenunterricht, der Methoden einsetzt, welche die interkulturelle kommunikative Kompetenz fördern. Ziel des Artikels ist die Untersuchung der theoretischen Grundlagen der Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz, die Analyse ihrer Struktur und die Ausarbeitung einer Methodik zur schrittweisen Formung dieser Kompetenz im Unterricht Deutsch als Fremdsprache. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf einer Methodik der gezielten Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz der Studierenden, die kognitive, wertorientierte, emotionale und verhaltensorientierte Komponenten umfasst. Die Forschungsergebnisse bestätigen, dass die Entwicklung interkultureller Kompetenz eine zentrale Aufgabe des modernen Fremdsprachenunterrichts ist. Sie trägt zu erfolgreicher Kommunikation in einer globalisierten Welt sowie zur Förderung von Toleranz, Empathie und kritischer Selbstreflexion bei. Weitere Forschungen sollten sich auf die empirische Überprüfung der Methodik, die Analyse der Wirksamkeit digitaler Medien im interkulturellen Lernen und die langfristigen Effekte von Bildungsprogrammen konzentrieren.
The article explores intercultural competence as the ability to critically reflect on one’s own culture while recognizing and valuing cultural diversity. It emphasizes the dynamic and processual nature of intercultural interaction, shaped through social practice and communication, and highlights the pivotal role of the modern teacher in fostering cultural sensitivity and modeling intercultural behavior among students. Globalization and technological progress have significantly enhanced worldwide interconnectedness and facilitated cross-border communication. Consequently, intercultural encounters among speakers of different languages have increased, promoting the exchange of ideas and the dissemination of cultural elements across national boundaries. At the same time, communication can be hindered by differing worldviews, language barriers, and cultural differences, underscoring the need for foreign language teaching methods that cultivate intercultural communicative competence. This study aims to examine the theoretical foundations of intercultural competence, analyze its structure, and propose a methodology for its gradual development in German as a foreign language instruction. The methodology focuses on the systematic cultivation of students’ cognitive, value-based, emotional, and behavioral dimensions of intercultural competence. The findings demonstrate that developing intercultural competence is a central task of modern foreign language education, contributing to effective communication in a globalized context while promoting tolerance, empathy, and critical self-reflection. Future research should focus on empirical validation of the proposed methodology, the effectiveness of digital tools in intercultural learning, and the long-term impact of educational programs.
У статті розглядається концепція міжкультурної компетентності як здатності критично осмислювати власну культуру, визнавати та цінувати культурне різноманіття. Акцент робиться на динамічному, процесуальному характері міжкультурної взаємодії, яка формується через соціальну практику та комунікацію. Особлива увага приділяється ролі сучасного викладача у формуванні культурної чутливості та моделюванні міжкультурної поведінки студентів. Загальновідомо, що глобалізація та технологічний прогрес значно посилили світову взаємозв’язок людей та полегшили транскордонну комунікацію. Це призвело до суттєвого збільшення кількості міжкультурних контактів між носіями різних мов, що сприяє обміну ідеями та поширенню культурних елементів за межі національних кордонів. Водночас комунікація може ускладнюватися через різне сприйняття світу, мовні бар’єри та культурні відмінності. У цьому контексті зростає потреба у викладанні іноземних мов із використанням методів, які формують міжкультурну комунікативну компетентність. Метою статті є дослідження теоретичних основ розвитку міжкультурної компетентності, аналіз її структури та розробка методики поетапного формування цієї компетентності у навчанні німецької мови як іноземної. Основна увага приділяється методиці цілеспрямованого розвитку міжкультурної компетентності студентів, що включає когнітивні, ціннісні, емоційні та поведінкові компоненти. Результати дослідження підтверджують, що розвиток міжкультурної компетентності є ключовим завданням сучасного навчання іноземних мов, що сприяє успішній комунікації в глобалізованому світі, формуванню толерантності, емпатії та критичної самооцінки. Подальші дослідження повинні зосередитися на емпіричній перевірці методики, аналізі ефективності цифрових медіа у міжкультурному навчанні та довгострокових ефектах освітніх програм.
