dc.description.abstractБуло проведено дослідження стимулювальної активності бактерій роду Azotobacter, виділених з ризосфери винограду, та їх композицій щодо паростків тест-рослин. В експерименті використовували штам бактерій Azotobacter sp. 4. В усіх випадках додавання Azotobacter sp. 4 у композиції з іншими бактеріями для обробки насіння давало позитивний ефект на довжину стебел та коренів паростків, у порівнянні з варіантами, вимоченими у воді. Під впливом інокуляції бактеріями штаму Azotobacter sp. 4 та його композиціями з Alcaligenes faecalis ОНУ 452, Bacillus megaterium ОНУ 484 і Lactobacillus plantarum ОНУ 12, ОНУ 311 та ОНУ 355 схожість насіння тест-рослин збільшувалася на 5 – 35%. Роботу викладено на 62 сторінках, вона містить 16 рисунків та 7 таблиць. Наведено посилання на 50 джерел літератури (24 кирилицею та 26 латиницею).uk_UA
dc.description.abstractStudy of the stimulating activity of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter isolated from the rhizosphere of grapes and their compositions on test plant seedlings was conducted. Strain Azotobacter sp. 4 was used in the experiment. In all cases addition of Azotobacter sp. 4 in compositions with other bacteria for the treatment of the seeds had a positive effect on the length of stems and roots of plants, in comparison with the control soaked in water. Inoculation with bacteria from the strain Azotobacter sp. 4 and its compositions with Alcaligenes faecalis ONU 452, Bacillus megaterium ONU 484 and Lactobacillus plantarum ONU 12, ONU 311 and ONU 355 increased the germination of test plant seeds in 5-35%. Diploma thesis is expounded on 62 pages, it contains 16 figures and 7 tables. It provides links to 50 references (24 cyrillic and 26 latinic).
