dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано функціонально-територіальну структуру рекреаційно-туристичного комплексу Одеського регіону в контексті післявоєнних трансформацій і принципів сталого розвитку. На основі системного, географічного та аналітичного підходів показано, що просторове ядро рекреаційно-туристичного комплексу сформоване приморською зоною з високою концентрацією курортної інфраструктури і сезонним навантаженням, тоді як внутрішні райони зберігають недовикористаний потенціал екологічного, аграрного, культурно-пізнавального та реабілітаційного туризму. Сформовано трирівневу модель організації РТК: локальний рівень туристичних осередків територіальних громад, мезорівень кластерів за видами спеціалізації та регіональний рівень інтегрованого управління, логістики і стандартизації послуг. Показано роль транзитно-комунікаційних вузлів Одеси, Ізмаїла, Роздільної та Подільська як центрів формування потоків і з’єднання рекреаційних підсистем. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення структури: диверсифікація видів діяльності для зменшення сезонності, розвиток транспортної та цифрової інфраструктури, посилення міжгромадської координації. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання моделі для просторового планування, підвищення інвестиційної привабливості і формування конкурентоспроможного туристичного продукту регіону. uk
dc.description.abstractProblem Statement and Purpose. The article examines the functional and territorial structure of the recreational and tourism complex (RTC) of the Odesa region, which is shaped by natural, economic, and sociocultural factors. The relevance of the study is determined by profound changes in the socio-economic environment, the ongoing recovery processes in the southern regions of Ukraine, and the need to reconsider the role of the recreational and tourism complex within the framework of regional development. The recreational and tourism potential of the Odesa region is utilized unevenly, resulting in spatial imbalances in development. Significant challenges also include the fragmentation of spatial planning, the absence of a unified scheme of recreational zoning in the region, and weak coordination among territorial communities in managing tourism resources. The purpose of this study is to provide a scientific substantiation of the functional and territorial structure of the RTC of Odesa region and to identify directions for its improvement in order to ensure the balanced use of natural and recreational potential and to enhance the region’s competitiveness. Data and Methods. The methodological framework of the study was based on geographical, economic, sociocultural, systemic, and analytical approaches, which made it possible to comprehensively examine the processes of formation and development of the recreational and tourism complex of the Odesa region. The information base consists of statistical materials from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, regional socio-economic development programs, data from specialized institutions, and relevant scientific publications. Results. As a result of the study, a three-tier model of the functional and territorial structure of the RTC of the Odesa region has been substantiated. It includes the local level of tourism centers within territorial communities, the meso-level of clusters differentiated by specialization, and the regional level of integrated management, logistics, and service standardization. It was established that the spatial core of the recreational and tourism complex is formed by the coastal zone, characterized by a high concentration of resort infrastructure and seasonal load, while the inland areas retain significant untapped potential for ecological, agrarian, cultural-cognitive, and rehabilitation tourism. The proposed directions for improving the structure include diversification of activities, infrastructure modernization, and strengthening of intercommunity coordination. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed model for spatial planning, enhancing investment attractiveness, and developing a competitive tourism product for the region.en
