dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено сучасні проблеми і протиріччя підготовки фахівців-фінансистів у закладах вищої освіти України. Визначено проблеми політико-організаційного характеру, формування кадрового забезпечення, наступності або послідовної теоретичної підготовки. Узагальнено, що підготовка майбутніх фінансистів в Україні часто не концентруються на питаннях викладання базових фундаментальних основ фінансової науки, не враховує традиції вітчизняної фінансової науки та особливостей становлення і розвитку національної фінансової системи. Це негативно впливає на формування аналітичного та критичного мислення здобувачів та практичних навичок випускників. Досліджено моделі формування дизайну освітніх програм підготовки фахівців з фінансів, банківської справи, страхування та фондового ринку на першому (бакалаврському) та другому (магістерському) рівнях вищої освіти. Визначено, що на першому (бакалаврському) рівні вищої освіти освітні програми повинні формувати теоретичну базу підготовки фінансистів відповідно за сферами і ланками фінансової системи з урахуванням визначеного прикладного фокусу конкретної освітньої програми. Це у більшості випадках відповідає практиці підготовки бакалаврів з фінансів, банківської справи, страхування та фондового ринку у вітчизняних ЗВО. Щодо другого (магістерського) рівня освіти, то виявлено проблеми з теоретичною підосновою фінансового менеджменту. Для їх вирішення запропоновано у структуру фінансового менеджменту виділити два блоки: державний фінансовий менеджмент і корпоративний фінансовий менеджмент. Узагальнено, що в умовах динамічних змін розвиток та/або зміна спеціалізації сучасного фахівця з фінансів, банківської справи, страхування та фондового ринку не можливий без необхідного фундаментального рівня економічних та фінансових знань, без забезпечення послідовності формування теоретичної бази, аналітичних і практичних навичок. uk
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the current problems and contradictions of training financiers in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The problems of a political and organizational nature, the formation of personnel, continuity and sequence of theoretical training are identified. It is generalized that the training of future financiers in Ukraine often does not focus on the issues of teaching the basic theoretical foundations of financial science, does not take into account the traditions of domestic financial science and the peculiarities of the formation and development of the national financial system. This negatively affects the formation of analytical and critical thinking of students and practical skills of graduates. The models of formation of the design of educational programs for training specialists in finance, banking, insurance and the stock market at the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels of higher education are investigated. It is determined that at the first (bachelor’s) level of the higher education educational program it is necessary to form a theoretical basis for training financiers in accordance with the spheres and links of the financial system, taking into account a specific example of a specific educational program. In the appropriate case, this corresponds to the practice of training bachelors in finance, banking, insurance and stock on the domestic market of higher education institutions. Regarding the second (master’s) level of education, problems with the theoretical basis of financial management are addressed. To adopt them, we propose to allocate two blocks in the structure of financial management: state financial management and corporate financial management. It is summarized that in the conditions of modern dynamic changes, the development and/or change of specialization of a specialist in finance, banking, insurance and the stock market is impossible without the necessary fundamental level of economic and financial knowledge, without ensuring the additional formation of a theoretical base, analytical and practical skills.en
