dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто проблему формування професійної культури майбутніх менеджерів освіти в процесі магістерської підготовки, розроблено програму формування професійної культури студентів магістратури та можливості її реалізації у підготовці магістрів спеціальності 011 – «Освітні, педагогічні науки». У статті зроблено контент-аналіз досліджень професійної культури у галузі освіти та менеджменту, наведені теоретичні підходи до формування професійної культури. В результаті проведеного дослідження професійна культура розглядається як сукупність управлінських знань, навичок та досвіду, а також професійно значущих особистісних якостей. Експериментальним майданчиком для впровадження програми з формування професійної культури обрана спеціальність 011 – освітні, педагогічні науки, впровадження проходило у рамках дисципліни «Педагогіка і психологія вищої школи», «Професійна культура та імідж сучасного менеджера освіти», «Освітній менеджмент та моніторинг якості освіти» . У розробленій авторами програмі представлена аудиторна робота – проведення лекційних та семінарських занять з використанням особистісно орієнтованих технологій, спрямованих на розкриття індивідуальних особливостей кожного студента, максимальну реалізацію його потенційних можливостей. Формування професійної культури магістрів спеціальності 011 – освітні, педагогічні науки має реалізуватися через відтворення в умовах навчального процесу предметного змісту навчальних дисциплін. Включення до семінарських занять спеціалізованих вправ, які спрямовані на самостійну роботу, прояв свого індивідуального стилю виконання завдань, включення студентів до особистісно значущої діяльності, яка передбачає новизну та оригінальність виконання творчих завдань. Практична реалізація такого підходу може бути втілена у використанні дискусій, круглих столів, навчальних дебатів, диспутів, web-квестів, мозкових штурмів, ділових та імітаційних ігор, кейс та Mind Map технологій. З’ясовано, що у рамках розробленої нами програми оволодіння професійною культурою здійснюється як неперервний процес, що передбачає навчальну діяльність академічного рівня, навчально-пізнавальну та особистісно-професійну діяльність через застосування модельованих професійно-педагогічних вправ та ситуацій.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article examines the problem of forming the professional culture of future managers of education in the process of master’s training, a program for forming the professional culture of master degree students was developed and the possibilities of its implementation in the process of training master degree students in the specialty “Educational and Pedagogical Sciences”. The article contains a content analysis of studies of professional culture in the field of education and management, theoretical approaches to the formation of professional culture are given. As a result of the conducted research, professional culture is considered as a set of managerial knowledge, skills and experience, as well as professionally significant personal qualities. Specialty 011 – Educational, Pedagogical Sciences was chosen as an experimental site for the implementation of the program on the formation of professional culture, the implementation took place within the framework of the discipline “Pedagogy and psychology of higher education”, “Professional culture and the image of a modern education manager”, “Educational management and monitoring of the quality of education”. The program developed by the authors presents classroom work – conducting lectures and seminars with the use of personally oriented technologies, aimed at revealing the individual characteristics of each student, the maximum realization of his potential opportunities. The formation of the professional culture of masters in the specialty 011 – educational, pedagogical sciences should be implemented through the reproduction of the subject content of educational disciplines in the conditions of the educational process. Inclusion in seminar classes of specialized exercises aimed at independent work, manifestation of one’s individual style of performing tasks, inclusion of students in personally meaningful activities that involve novelty and originality in performing creative tasks. The practical implementation of this approach can be embodied in the use of discussions, round tables, educational debates, debates, web-quests, brainstorming, business and simulation games, cases and Mind Map technologies. It was found that within the framework of the developed program, the mastering of professional culture is carried out as a continuous process, which involves educational activities at the academic level, educational-cognitive and professional activities through the use of simulated professional-pedagogical exercises and situations.
