Анотація
In the conditions of global political turbulence, intensified media competition, and the rapid digitalization of communication channels, political discourse has become one of the most influential instruments through which political actors construct social reality, shape ideological narratives, influence public opinion, and maintain or challenge power relations. Modern political communication unfolds simultaneously on multiple platforms—television, social media, online streaming services, and traditional public arenas—which dramatically increases the speed and reach of political messages.
