Анотація
In the contemporary landscape of rapid technological advancement and digital transformation, the imperative of robust information security management has emerged as a critical concern for organizations across the globe. The proliferation of cyber threats, coupled with the increasing sophistication of malicious actors, has placed unprecedented pressure on institutions to safeguard their digital assets and maintain the integrity of their information systems. This thesis seeks to address the pressing need for adaptive and resilient security frameworks in an era of dynamic digital challenges. The relevance of this research is underscored by the pervasive nature of information technology in modern society and the concomitant rise in cyber vulnerabilities. As organizations increasingly rely on digital infrastructure for their operations, the potential impact of security breaches has escalated dramatically. Recent high-profile incidents, such as the SolarWinds supply chain attack and the Colonial Pipeline ransomware crisis, have highlighted the far-reaching consequences of inadequate information security management. These events not only resulted in significant financial losses but also undermined public trust and posed threats to national security.
