Анотація
Стаття аналізує роль лобізму як інструменту захисту та просування національних інтересів держав на міжнародній арені на прикладі України в контексті російсько-української війни. Лобізм як систематичну діяльність, спрямовану на вплив на процес розробки та прийняття рішень через пряме або опосередковане спілкування з представниками влади, Україна активно використовує у формуванні політичних стратегій як зсередини, так і в рамках зовнішньої політики. У статті досліджуються лобістські зусилля України для просування своїх інтересів поза власними державними кордонами, питанню підтримки міжнародної спільноти позиції України у війні з Російською Федерацією, а також посиленню геополітичного авторитету України як міжнародного суб'єкта і встановлення партнерської співпраці з ключовими “гравцями” міжнародних відносин.
The article analyses the role of lobbying as a tool for protecting and promoting the national interests of states in the international arena on the example of Ukraine in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Lobbying, as a systematic activity aimed at influencing the decisionmaking process through direct or indirect communication with government officials, is actively used by Ukraine in shaping its political strategies both domestically and within the framework of foreign policy. This article examines Ukraine's lobbying efforts to promote its interests beyond its own state borders, to secure international support for Ukraine's position in the war with the Russian Federation, and to strengthen Ukraine's geopolitical authority as an international actor and establish partnerships with key players in international relations.
