Анотація
Впродовж 2015 – 2018 рр. кількість автохтонної мікробіоти у воді ріки Дністер була у 1,5 – 10 разів вищою за вміст алохтоних мікроорганізмів. Кількість мікроорганізмів, що розвиваються у воді при температурі 37 °С, значно підвищувалась у літне-осінній період. Проте, збільшення вмісту бактерій, які розвиваються при 22 оС, відповідало осінньо-зимовому терміну досліджуваних років. За санітарно-епідеміологічними критеріями (вмістом бактерій групи кишкової палички, термотолерантних коліформних бактерій) вода у досліджуваному об’єкті не відповідала нормам якості поверхневих вод джерела господарсько-питного забезпечення.
Роботу викладено на 53 сторінках, вона містить 3 таблиці та 6 рисунків. Наведено посилання на 56 джерел літератури кирилицею.
During 2015 – 2018 the autochthonous microbiota number in the water of the Dniester river was 1,5 – 10 times higher than the allochthon microorganism content. The microorganism value that developed in water at 37 °C significantly increased in a summer – autumn period. However, the increase of bacteria that developed at 22 °C, consistent with the autumn – winter studied period. For sanitary and epidemiological criteria (content of the intestinal and termotolerant coliform bacteria) of water in the test object did not meet the surface water source quality standards of drinking-water provision. Diploma thesis is expounded on 53 pages, it contains 3 tables and 6 figures. It provides links to 56 cyrillic references.
