dc.description.abstractIn the article the system of indicators of economic incentives ecologically business is defined. Considered privileged ecological taxation, in which the company must justify: the need to implement environmental technologies of production; innovative environmental technologies of production; reconstruction of existing treatment facilities; construction of new water treatment facilities; application of new treatment technologies; co-construction of treatment facilities. These measures entrepreneur spends to: reduce emissions of harmful air pollutants (unit - the production unit, total emissions with an increase in output); reducing discharges of pollutants into water sources (the limit and more then limit as specific and general discharges); reduction of waste in the production unit and total waste disposal.Principles of construction of methodological tools to stimulate the greening of business activities, which include: a combination of economic and environmental benefits and repressive measures; a combination of economic and environmental interests; preferential repayment incentives; repayment of environmental charges; accessibility is defined.
