У статті розглядається система показників економічного
стимулювання екологоорієнтованого бізнесу. Визначено принципи побудови
методичного інструментарію стимулювання екологізації підприємницької
діяльності. Запропоновано критерії зворотності наданих пільг при невиконанні
взятих на себе підприємством зобов’язань.
In the article the system of indicators of economic incentives ecologically business is defined. Considered privileged ecological taxation, in which the company must justify: the need to implement environmental technologies of production; innovative environmental technologies of production; reconstruction of existing treatment facilities; construction of new water treatment facilities; application of new treatment technologies; co-construction of treatment facilities. These measures entrepreneur spends to: reduce emissions of harmful air pollutants (unit - the production unit, total emissions with an increase in output); reducing discharges of pollutants into water sources (the limit and more then limit as specific and general discharges); reduction of waste in the production unit and total waste disposal.Principles of construction of methodological tools to stimulate the greening of business activities, which include: a combination of economic and environmental benefits and repressive measures; a combination of economic and environmental interests; preferential repayment incentives; repayment of environmental charges; accessibility is defined.
