Анотація
Експериментальна частина роботи виконана у бактеріологічній лабораторії Одеської обласної санітарно-бактеріологічної станції.
Протягом 2017-2018 рр. спостерігалася позитивна тенденція до зміни санітарного стану морської води прибережної частини Чорного моря та Хаджибейського лиману, що обумовлено покращенням заходів по очищенню стічних вод. Навесні 2017 року досліджувані проби морської води відповідали стандартам за мікробіологічними показниками, а влітку та восені перевищували допустимі норми за індексом ЛКП. Влітку та восені 2017 року з проб морської води були виявлені таки представники патогенної мікробіоти як Citrobacter freunі, Salmonella typhimurium, S. еnteritidis, S. glostrup. Інтенсивне фекальне забруднення акваторії Чорного моря та Хаджибейського лиману у 2017 році не тільки в купальний сезон свідчило про наявність постійного джерела забруднення води. У 2018 р. мікробіологічні показники якості морської води прибережної частини Чорного моря та Хаджибейського лиману відповідали нормативним вимогам, що свідчить про ефективність проведених заходів по припиненю скиду господарсько-фекальних стоків у морську акваторію.
Роботу викладено на 54 сторінках друкованого тексту. Вона включає 6 таблицЬ, 4 рисунки. В роботі наведено посилання на роботи 53 авторів, з них 46– кирилицею та 7 – латиницею.
Experimental work was carried out in bacteriological laboratory of Odessa regional sanitary-bacteriological station. The positive tendence to changes of the health status of coastal sea water of the Black Sea and Hadjibey Firth due to improved measures for wastewater treatment was observed during the 2017-2018. In spring 2017 examined samples of seawater answered avail microbiological indicators, and in summer and autumn exceeded the permissible limits for index of lactose-positive E. coli. In summer and autumn 2017 samples of seawater were found again the representatives of the pathogenic microbiota as Citrobacter freuni, Salmonella typhimurium, S. еnteritidis, S. glostrup. Intensive faecal pollution of the Black Sea and Hadjibey Firth in 2017 not only in the bathing season indicated on the presence of a constant source of water contamitation. In 2018 microbiological quality of coastal marine waters of the Black Sea and the Hadjibey Firth answered regulatory requirements, indicating the effectiveness of the measures stopped the discharge of household and faeces in the marine area. Diploma thesis is expounded on 54 pages, it contains 6 tables and 4 figure. It provides links to 53 references.
