dc.description.abstractУ роботі розглянуто важливий аспект сучасної педагогіки – вплив педагогічних інновацій на розвиток творчої особистості викладачів іноземних мов. Розкривається сутність педагогічних інновацій у вищій освіті, досліджується їхня роль у створенні сприятливого середовища для розвитку творчої особистості викладача. Автор визначає використання інноваційних методів та засобів навчання як ключовий фактор розвитку творчого потенціалу викладача іноземної мови. Посилення практичної орієнтації у формуванні творчої особистості викладача англійської мови реалізовувалася через розробку семінарських занять із застосуванням педагогічних інновацій та наданні методичних рекомендацій з використання педагогічних інновацій як чинника формування творчої особистості майбутнього викладача іноземної мови.
dc.description.abstractThe work examines an important aspect of modern pedagogy - the impact of pedagogical innovations on the development of the creative personality of foreign language teachers. The essence of pedagogical innovations in higher education is revealed, their role in creating a favorable environment for the development of the teacher's creative personality is investigated. The author identifies the use of innovative teaching methods and tools as a key factor in the development of the creative potential of a foreign language teacher. The strengthening of practical orientation in the formation of the creative personality of the English language teacher was implemented through the development of seminar classes using pedagogical innovations and the provision of methodological recommendations on the use of pedagogical innovations as a factor in the formation of the creative personality of the future foreign language teacher.
