Анотація
The current state of development of Chinese companies is characterized by a large number of problems, one of which is the need to form an effective adaptive management system. Solving this problem is possible if international experience is studied and applied to increase the competitiveness of the company and ensure effective management of its activities. Therefore, benchmarking is a practical tool for managing the company's performance.
