The article is considered to the topic of economic security of the state by security studies on the basis of systems theory and transdisciplinary approach and the use of the balance method as a tool for studying the economic security of the state provides an opportunity to form and justify the contours of proportional desired development of the state economy. phenomena and disproportions. Direct and full cost findings demonstrate the importance of identifying and accounting for the full range of cross-sectoral linkages. Based on the obtained data, we can see which industries need reconstruction and modernization, as well as get clear feedback on the already implemented economic stimulus measures. All this makes the intersectoral model not only a full-fledged tool for displaying economic statistical and reporting information, but also a tool for planning and economic analysis. With the help of trends in the coefficient of total costs for a particular year, you can make an approximate forecast of the indicator of interest for next year. Using the coefficients of total costs, you can determine the increase in production for each industry. This simple model, based on only two factors, is able to clearly demonstrate the production relationships and their use for forecasting and crisis strategic planning. The study of the phenomenon of economic security on the basis of systems theory and transdisciplinary approach allows us to use in the analysis of the contour of the operational closure of the economic security of the state balance method for a thorough analysis of ties. The application of the cross-sectoral model opens up new opportunities in deepening economic analysis and improving forecasting systems and crisis strategic planning. This approach will allow: to ensure the economic security of the state on the basis of identification, equalization and structural regulation of sectoral disparities in the system of intersectoral exchange; provide a balance of strategic development of the national economy; to create a basis for scientific substantiation of sectoral and territorial orientation of public investment; create a tool to increase the effectiveness of state economic policy; eliminate material and financial disparities; create an analytical basis for the development of anti-crisis strategies and economic policy forecasts. The balance method requires interaction from the standpoint of a transdisciplinary approach, new conditions and threats, not only as a tool of administrative planned economy, but also as a modern method of analysis, forecasting, crisis strategic planning and economic security.
