A.; Hrinevych, Viktor S.The physical processes of semiconductor and heavy metals oxides sensors on H2S are investigated and possible physical mechanisms of gas sensitivity in the atmosphere of air and nitrogen are considered. P.; Maksymenko, L. S.; Serdeha, B. K.The polarization characteristics for tin dioxide cluster films are studied by the method of modulation polarization spectroscopy. The galvanic conductivity presence in the films is the basis for registration in it the surface plasmon resonances. The spectral characteristics analysis by means of expansion in terms of Gauss components for the Stocks vector Q component of the probe radiation gave the parameters of the revealed resonances. The resonance excitation of polaritons and localized surface plasmons is established. The dispersion characteristics of nonradiative modes of surface plasmons are obtained which matches the cluster film structure. The numerical values comparison for resonances relaxation constants leads to the conclusion of application of one of them in sensors.Документ Characterization of SnO2 Sensors Nanomaterials by Polarization Modulation Method(2016-01) Hrinevych, Viktor S.; Filevska, Liudmila M.; Smyntyna, Valentyn A.; Stetsenko, Maksym O.; Rudenko, S. S.; Matiash, I. E.; Mischuk, O. N.; Rudenko, S. P.; Serdeha, B. K.; Smyntyna, Valentyn A.Internal reflection features caused by the surface plasmon resonance in nanoscale films containing defect tin dioxide clusters in the stoichiometric dielectric matrix are studied by means of polarization modulation of electromagnetic radiation. The angular and spectral characteristics of reflectances Rs2 and Rp2 of s- and p-polarized radiation and their polarization difference ρ=Rs2–Rp2 are measured in the wavelength range λ=400-1600 nm. The obtained experimental characteristics ρ(θ, λ) (θ is the radiation incidence angle) represent the optical property features associated with the film structure and morphology. Surface plasmon polaritons and local plasmons excited by s- and p-polarized radiation are detected; their frequency and relaxation properties are determined. The technique employed for studying surface plasmon resonance in tin dioxide films is appeared to be structurally sensitivДокумент Electrophysical properties of zinc oxide thin films obtained by chemical methods(Одеський національний університет імені І. І. Мечникова, 2019) Bulyga, Y. I.; Chebanenko, Anatoliy P.; Hrinevych, Viktor S.; Filevska, Liudmila M.; Булига, Ю. The electrophysical characteristics comparative studies were carried out for ZnO films obtained by chemical precipitation from zinc acetate solutions and thermal oxidation of zinc films. The ZnO films showed optical absorption and band gap (2.9 to 3.2 eV) specific for this material, which indicates the presence of crystalline structure in them. The use of polyvinyl alcohol made it possible to obtain samples with the highest values of E g and electrical resistance, which is caused by the nanosize crystallites of the films. The investigated electrophysical characteristics of the ZnO films made it possible to establish the contribution of their own defects and surface states to the conductivity.Документ Gas sensitivity of some nanoparticles ensembles in porous glass(Одеський національний університет імені І. It has been proven that the best matrix for the formation of the specified ensemble of nanoparticles is porous silicate glass. Methods of formation of ensembles of nanoparticles of some compounds in porous glass are briefly considered. The applicability of the mentioned systems for sensors is demonstrated by the example of their luminescent response sensitivity to the presence of ammonia or HCl vapours in the environment.Документ INFLUENCE OF A PRECURSOR PROPERTIES ON THE SURFACE MORPHOLOGY OF NANOSCALE TIN DIOXIDE FILMS(Одесский национальный университете имени И. The used precursors differ only due to the technology of their preparation at the final stage. This defines the presence of the bound water in their composition. The water acts as a looser at the thermal decom-position which gives the possibility to obtain the nanosized films with nano grains of different sizes dependently on the precursor's typeДокумент INVESTIGATION OF TIN CONTAINING ORGANIC COMPLEXES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF NANOSIZED TIN DIOXIDE FILMS(Астропринт, 2010) Hrinevych, Viktor S.; Savin, Serhii M.; Smyntyna, Valentyn A.; Filevska, Liudmila M.Документ Investigation of tin containing organic complexes for the production of nanosized tin dioxide films(2010) Hrinevych, Viktor S.; Savin, Serhii M.; Smyntyna, Valentyn A.; Filevska, Liudmila M.; Ulug, B.; Turkdemir, M. K.; Matiash, I. E.; Maksymenko, L. S.; Rudenko, S. P.; Smyntyna, Valentyn A.; Hrinevych, Viktor S.; Filevska, Liudmila M.; Ulug, B.; Ulug, A.; Yucel, B. M.Optical constants of tin dioxide nano-size layers were detected using surface plasmons resonance research technique. Squared reflectance indexes difference as well as the ones with s- and p-polarized light are measured simultaneously. Obtained in the work the refraction coefficient of the tin dioxide film gives the possibility to judge about the structural perfection of the layer and confirms that the film has significant porosity, which is created during the decomposition of the polymer materials used as structuring additives. It is shown that the resonance condition for surface plasmons may be destroyed through the interaction of surface plasmons with surface roughness potential of the film (medium dielectric properties variation).Документ Photoluminescence of tin dioxide thin films, obtained with the use of polymers(2005) Filevska, Liudmila M.; Smyntyna, Valentyn A.; Hrinevych, Viktor S.Tin dioxide nanostructured thin films properties obtained by the photoluminescent methods are reported.
