Анотація
The nanocrystallized tin dioxide having the electroconductivity highly sensible to the state of
the surface in the (300-800) K temperature region specific for the oxidizing-recollecting
reactions has the most practical use in the gas analysis. It is one of not many materials,
which may be obtained in highly dispersed state (crystallite sizes 5-20 nm).
